Theft from Motor Vehicle Tadcaster

Police are appealing for information following a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred in Autser Bank Crescent, Tadcaster in the early hours of Friday 22 May 2026.

At approximately 1:00am, two individuals are believed to have targeted a Ford Transit van, gaining access and removing a number of items. Stolen property includes boxes of screws, a toolbox, and two hedge cutters.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area at the time, or who may have CCTV, doorbell footage, or dashcam recordings that could assist the investigation.
